What’s Involved?
I want your ceremony creation experience to be just as relaxed, fun and exciting as the actual day of your ceremony!! Below is an overview of how I guide you through the process, and the steps we’ll take to create your ceremony.

Introduce yourself, tell me the date you’re planning to get married and a bit about yourselves and the celebration you’re planning. You’ll hear back from me asap, I’ll let you know if I’m available on your ceremony date and I’ll also send you some detailed information about how we work together to create your ceremony, the offerings you can choose from, fees and inclusions. You’ll also receive a link to book in a video chat.
Our first chat…
On our video chat we’ll talk a bit about you, and a bit about me. You can tell me more about yourselves as a couple and your thoughts about your wedding day so far. Based on that, I’ll give you some ideas about how we can work together, some information on the legal aspects of getting married, and answer any questions at all. It’s an opportunity for you to get to know me, for me to get to know you!
Planning, designing and creating…
Once you’ve confirmed your booking, I send you a whole lot of ceremony inspiration and ideas, questions, video’s and examples. Depending on your style you might devour it before our next meeting, or you might delete it – either way is OK. We also begin the legal process of getting married!
Next, we’ll book in your ceremony planning chat. This is when I’m going to ask you a whole lot of questions and share a whole lot of ideas! We talk through everything from how we’re going to welcome your guests, your vows, and every element that will be part of your ceremony. For Authentically You ceremonies I’ll get to know your story, what’s important to you and all the things that make you click.
After this chat, I’ll write you a full draft of your ceremony based on everything we’ve talked through.
Your ceremony draft…
From here, you have a read of your ceremony, you let me know what you like, what you want to change, add or delete and we go from there. Depending on what suits you, we might make a time to chat again, or we might go back and forth on email for a bit – whatever works best for you.
Final run-through chat…
In the fortnight before your wedding, your ceremony is finalised and we get online together for a final run-through chat. This is where we’ll talk through where I’m going to see you pre-ceremony, staging and entrance details, how you’re going to stand, read vows, use mics, and I’ll answer any questions you have.
THE Day…
Then it’s the big day!! By this stage I’m just as excited as you are! I’m there for you to make everything go smoothly, to ensure everyone is relaxed, and to make your ceremony amazing!! You can just enjoy every moment along with your friends and family, as we kick off the celebrations with a ceremony that is authentically you.
